Naaptol – Damaged product, cheating over policies

I have purchased a Set of 2 Jaipuri Silk Razai with Gold Prints from you (Order No. – 18697591), but found that the product is of inferior quality as shown on the TV.

1) In TV commercial it was shown that stitching pattern is crossed to give better support to filled cotton, but in the product i found it is straight.

2) Cotton is coming out of stitches.

I have already filled complaint (Complaint No. – 12836670) for the defect and request to return the product and refund the money. But your representative is saying that I have to repack and courier it to naaptol.

For refund he told that, Naaptol will provide only refund voucher and there is no cash refund policy from naaptol, and this is clearly mentioned over the naaptol website. However I have not found any such policy on naaptol website. While I asked him to guide me for the link for such policy the phone line was disconnected.
