myntra – not returning my money and blocking my account

I ordered several items by myntra app but they cancelled it by themselves without taking my consent. When I asked about it they told me because I have returned a order so they did cancel my order behalf of this moreover they blocked my account without taking my permission including my friends account too. I have cash back of rs. 314 and another return of appox.1125 rupees. They are not giving my money, they have robbed my appox 1500 rupees and blocked my account too.they say if I want my money back I have to give NOC first. They are blackmailing for my own money I want money back and my account too. These online sites are cheat ,they say easy cancellation easy return but they are not doing that, they cause trouble for innocent customers and keep their money. Pls ask them to return my money
