I got defected ProExtender Ultimate for Rs 4900 today(30 Dec,2015). I contact tech support person(09930360861) and guess what “the person on the telephone(My Novelty Shop) start shouting on me and talk like illiterate .His behavior was so rude. After this incident I have no faith in MY Novelty Shop.
You guys (My Novelty Shop) need some learning about how to make good Customer Relationship and Support.
I just want replacement. If you can not provide replacement then refund my full money. That is all.
