a/c balance transaction through online

My tatasky a/c 1277837090 was valid till 13.sept.2018 so, i tried to recharge through my bank a/c on line on 13.9.2018 evening and Rs 420 was debited to my bank a/c from POS TECHPROCESS PAYMENT. But my tatasky a/c balance was still deactivated besides my a/c was not recharged….Im very very worry….what to do…….
