The contact details of the officials are not updated on the website. A few days back, the was a fire in the government godown in HUDA Hansi. I tried to find the contact details of municipal corporation of Hansi. The details are wrong and I was connected to Ambala municipal corporation. Surprisingly, even the the official had left his phone in the office and his secretary could not even provide me the details of Hansi officials.
This is very shocking. In emergency situations what are the residents supposed to do????
