i have booked a hand set of carbonn A16 on 12.04.2014 and the same has not been recieved till date. when i call to mylyashop customer care they replied every time that your hand set will be delivered within 2-3 days but i could not recieved it. i suggest to all customer please do not purchase any thing from this agency.

VERY BAD SERVICE AND PATHETIC CALLCENTER
I have ordered for 1 head phone on 1st April 2014 and made online payment of Rs.249/-. Till today as on 30th April their pathetic call center people are saying ready made answer that product is out of stock and I will get my refund “TODAY or TOMORROW”, don’t know when is that “TODAY or TOMORROW”. For this small amount their service is like this much bad, just imagine further. In their web site no contact number or e-mail id of any higher authorities for customers except 2 call center numbers. I have already spent more than Rs.249/- for calling their STD call center number. Here who ever posted good reviews I think those are posted by their own people not by genuine customers.

I HAVE BOOKED A KARBONN TITANIUM S9 MOBILE LAST MONTH 12TH APRIL TILL DATE NOT YET DELIVERY.CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVES HAVING READYMADE ANSWER OUT OF STOCK OR 2 OR 3 DAYS THE PRODUCT WILL BE DELIVERED. I WILL WAIT ONE MORE DAY. OTHERWISE I WILL GO FOR CONSUMER COURT.IAM ALREADY IN PRESURE .
