mulyashop.com – Not giving refund

I’ve booked Micromax Canvas doodle 2 for Rs 8423/- on 20.03.14 and have made payment using debit card. After 9 days i.e on 29.03.14, they informed me that they will give my money back within 3-4 days. Till today they haven’t made my payment. I am looking forward to report an FIR in cyber crime cell.

      I have placed the online order of Panasonic P81 mobile through Mulyashop.com. Order ID- ZJJMAJGRA, Order date (DD/MM/YY) 03/01/2015. I have paid the full amount 9506/ RS through ICICI Bank Payment Gateway From my HDFC bank debit card.

      I am calling to customer care on daily basis; but his number is not reachable.
      I don’t have receiving any email replies from placed the order date & no information on material dispatch also.

      Can you help for received/refund my paid amount.

      Order Date – 03 January 2015.
      Order Price – 9506/-
      Payment method -Online payment ICICI Payment gateway.

  2. Mulyashop is the Fraud site.I reccommend everyone not to buy anything from Mulyashop.
    I had cancelled the order on 28th March’13.And requested for refund .Untill 22nd of April ’13 I did not get the my refund .As i am writing this comment I am still wating for the any reply on the refund.
    In last 30 days i have followed up atleast 22 times and have not got any reply on the refund status.
    Wrote mail to Customer Care & [email protected] .
    This website does not care for customer and has pathetic customer service.

    I have booked Ambrane P-1000 Power Bank 10400mAh Rs=1,665 Order Number: VLBBDITUS, Invoice #IN000602 on 20/03/2014 and through of payment netbanking and after 15 days they informed me that they will give me money back 2-3 working days till today they haven’t refund my payment I am looking forward to report Sahibabad police station & Cyber crime.

I have paid the full amount 9506/- RS through ICICI Bank Payment Gateway From my HDFC bank debit card. I am calling to customer care on daily basis; they are holding may call near about 1 hour.(now a days not receiving my call) Whenever they received calls telling me your product will be receive within 2/3 days. But till date my material is not received (almost 40 days over). I have not received any email reply from placed the order date & no information on material dispatch also.
