I Booked a Canvas A74 on 26.03.14 (Order No. ILEYOGVMB ) & i make payment for this Rs. 4545/- by net banking but still this cheating co. not delivered to me. Even they told me that this product will be delivered before 03.04.14 & i want to gift this, i’m too late for this. But still this product is not dispatched by co. & daily when i’m calling to co. they fraud people saying that your product will be dispatched by today. They are not responding to me & not giving proper answer. Till today 05.04.14 my product is not dispathed by them. please take necessary action against them.

Same happened with me. I have booked Micromax phone worth 9248 on 31st march and till now they have not dispatched product nor they are in mood to dispatch. they dont give proper answer and their phone is also not working now.
I am planning to lodge an FIR against them tomorrow. I think you also should do that.

As the product is discontinued by the manufacturer and is out of stock as per our vendors, we have refunded your full amount.
Please check with your bank about the refund status.
As would like to clarify that we are not here to cheat anybody and as a developing company we are also facing lots of teething problems which is part of any business.
