Mulyashop.com – MULYASHOP.COMP-NO REFUND AGAINEST CANCELATION OF ORDER LENOVO A536 MOBILE

i have order LENOVO A536 mobile worth INR 6222.00 04.12.14. and paid the mony online due to not responding no proper communication for customer no sms e mail for the delivery details. then we had track call to much more phone i have cancelled this order on 08.12..14 and i ws told that refund to my money. Now it has been over 10 working days i have not got refund yet. Now i call cc 09222275394 and 02241414757 no one pick up the calls this online shop website is fraud they accept the order transact the money through icici bank gateway from my account but no status is given to customer i think they have not any product they are cheating the innocent people and not guts to face the customer this is my first step to recover my money you will not take any action next we will be plan to cyber crime an d consumer court.
