I purchased a moto g in mulya shoping store on 11/04/2014.Order number-GYZDQEFGZ.After 7 days i called them and they said that they will deliver the product after 4 to 5 days but they never did,they said it was out of stock so i call them and asked for refund and they said they will refund it after 3 to 4 days but they didn’t do it so i call them and they said after 2 days but again they didn’t so i call them again they said 2 days and now its already going to be a month and still they are saying 2 days and i asked them do refund today and they said they have some technical problem and i said WTF i even planed to talked to the manager but they said he is unavailable.This website is such a fucking pathetic one.I don’t know when there 2 days is going to be over and refund my money but i am already fade up of there 2 days so i am going to filed a complain in the consumer court or even worst.I urged the people plizz do not buy things in this website because you are going to regret later.And the worst thing i hate when i cal them is the word ‘i understand’…fraud online shopping store.

It is evident from all these complaints that Mulya shopping Pvt ltd is collecting money from customers offering products and re-fund after so many days stating the product is not in stock. The authorities should check their accounts and find out the amount of money collected and refund given to ascertain the amount involved if it is in huge then this is a kind of cheating the public. Concerned authorities should look into such scams and protect consumers from such Online shopping companies.
