Mulya Shop – NOT RECIVED MOBILE AND REFUND ALSO

I have ordered lenovo s850 mobile in mulyashop.com on 31st of december 2014 but till now the product has not received and the contact number provided by them were not lifting the call, one day they lift the call they told send ur money as refund and got a mail on feb 2nd

The same will reflect in your bank account. We do not have any influence on the time scales once the refund is preceded from us. The refund will take 3-4 working days to reflect in your account in case of private banks and 10-14 working days in case of nationalized banks.
