As per new notification toll on lmv have been abolised but then also we were forced to pay toll at toll plaza at mulund lbs rd. We argued with them but all the officers and employees forced us to pay the toll. On arguing that you make our complain they insisted that you pay and you complain . I would like to know the exact notification on toll and also where should we complain about it.
