Mts / Sistema Shyam Teleservices [Sstl] — Device not delivered yet

I have ordered MTS Mblaze Ultra Wi-Fi (Postpaid) from
http://www.shop.mtsindia.in/ on 01/Feb/2016 and i already paid the
money through my debit card. When I was ordering the product,
according to the website I would receive the product within 3-5 days
but till now it not delivered and when I track my order it shows that
“Fulfillment in Progress” from the very first day .I also registered a
compliant at “[email protected]” on Feb 9th, and you said we
will contact you within two days but again no reply from there side.

I am attaching the copy of order confirmation mail received from MTS.

I request to MTS either to deliver the product or refund my money as
soon as possible. I also an old customer of MTS, but I really
disappointed with the service.
