Project must complete in December 2015. But in October 2015 , The builder had rescheduled project to another 8 months.when the customer asked delivery time of project, the builder pulled her from the agreement and kept Rs.16 lakhs with them and threaten the customer that, they will add further interest for balance money without completing the project. matter is now before Consumer forum..
