I have booked package to visit Munnar, Kodaikanal and Ooty for 12th May, 2014 to 18th May 2014 on 27/03/2014 and paid Rs. 5,000/- as advance. I have got receipt also. On 13th April, 2014, suddenly I got a mail from the Company (Mr Vivek Ph No. 08470008174) stating that the company is running to losses and they could not provide tour package and refund will be given. They attached a claim for and i sent the form duly filled in immediately. So far, I have not received any amount of refund and the above phone number is not at all working now. Please help me.
