I joined mphasis on 05 Jan 2015 and put my resignation on 08 Jan 2015 even i dint received hard copy of my appointment letter.
And now they are asking to pay Rs 99,687.00 as I dint serve the notice period.
Reasons for leaving the job:
1)They told mphasis is an HP company but it was a purely a outsourced job.
2)In interview they told mphasis is an HP company but in induction they said HP and mphasis split recently.
3)It was a testing+developer work but i was recruited as a developer(as I was having development experience only before) in mphasis and mphasis co-ordinator compelled me to tell the HP seniors that i have testing+development experience and not only development experience.
Now they have sent a mail asking for money and stating wrong information like resignation date see below:
