Molakalmur Sub-Treasury office – Not Responding properly

Tax deducted by DDO from his salary and salary bill of February -2015 submitted to Sub-treasry office Molakalmur. But they not did their work afterwards. They are not giving Provisional receipt number or TTR which are required to know whether Treasury did submitted my tax money or not.
We are trying to file IT return from last 6-8 months from characted account who said u r tax paid (From treasury ) is not updated…
We repeatedly asked sub treasury Molakalmur what is status of my tax paid.
They said it will be updated soon.
But till date they did nothing.
Not responding over phone calls and behave as if they are right. And not addressing the problem.
