i have done my mobile recharge on 19 sept 2014 wid the amount of 250 rupees with tranaction id MTP19098972 ,the balance debited from my account at the same time but till now the recharge not done, its showing the status is pending on the website i calles on the customer care no many times but nobody is receiving the call as well as i wrote the mail on [email protected] but there is no response from there side ,i want to get it done the recharge asap or give me my money back asap , pls resolve my prob asap
