I myself SUBHAKAR BODDU.I live in HYDERABAD TELANGANA. I have purchased a mobile by online form Company (www.mobilesmart.in) in last Month dt.19.03.2015 base on 12 EMI plan. The company had sent me a Wrist watch with welcome letter for my address confirmation from Go javas Courier company and i have paid 1500/- rs dt.26.03.2015 to delivery boy against company’s terms and condition. After confirmation of my payment in company after than company sent his executive for collect document from me and handover my order product within 5 to 10 days. But company are not send any executive. So i have loss 1500/- rs. This company are cheated many people. Kindly request to you please see my problem any solve as soon as possible.And 08.04.2015 dated iam Deposited money In ICICI Bank Account No : 033005005832 A/C Name : Funtastic Holidays Anand Vihar Branch New Delhi..They are cheated froud company .Iam Going to CYBER CRIME CELL.They cheated me. I Have Proof Against this Company.Please take action they Harass to many people.
