mobilesguru – not given the product one month gone& not replying the or not answering the call

i had booked my mobiles one month before but till now not given my mobile,not rplying of my mail,and not giving answer of call.i had paid first emi rs 1570 on his account.i have all the proof mail & slip.call recording whith customer.
