Misbehaviour of conductor Complaints & Reviews

Hi,
My name is Sushma.Today i.e.14feb,2018, I board the govt bus from Chandanagar bus stop at 3:10pm. When the conductor asked me for the ticket, I told me to give it for KPHB and was handing him a 50rs note. He refused to take the money saying that he don’t have change. I I have asked other passengers too but not getting change. After a min, the conductor starting misbehaving with me and abuse me in front of all passengers. I didn’t know telugu so i asked him to speak in hindi/english. He was shouting and told the driver to stop the bus in the middle of the road. I told the conductor to behave properly but he was not listening and was continuously shouting by saying ‘Utar chal bus se’. It was like horrible moment for me as the driver stopped the bus and conductor was continuosly shouting over me.
I am completely shocked by this incident. What was my fault in this?? 50rs change is not a big deal today.., I mean I travel daily and have never seen this kind of conductor ever who doesn’t even know how to talk. Due to his shouting, I got so scared that I forgot to note down the bus number. This type of behaviour is completely intolerable. If you can track the bus with the time I have provided that would be very helpful.
