I am one of the unfortunate individuals who had applied for a flat to live in 2011. I have had a bad experience with this builder. The project is behind schedule by three years. The quality of construction is very very poor. There is very heavy seepage. The garrages both stilt parking and the sheds on the periphery are small and the material used for the shed is of poor and inferior quality. The team of people employed is non responsive and always express their helplessness to rectify even the smallest of defects/ problems. Overall a bad Project. Perspective buyers are advised to avoid investing their hard earned money into this dead Project.
