Though the location is prime but construction quality is really puny, supervision while construction seems totally missing. You drill the wall and get lot of dry cement out of it.Heard from RO maintainance team ,RO Water System usually fell down due to this.Sepage is there but usually see this in every project which is not a block base construction.Electricity is another issue here.price is too high and don’t find reason why they do give mesh door in such price, though for such prices new construction are using tuffen glass and mesh.Invertor facility seems a myth to me and an another false promise. 24×7 maintenance is a day dream if anyone tell you.
