Wrong and used product delivered

This site had a fossil watch for Rs. 1579. And the product which was delivered to me was a maxima watch and it was used. When i booked return no one came to take the product back. I called the site guy many times. He always ask for 24 hrs and 48 hrs. But nothing happens. Its been about more than 1 month and my problem is still not solved.
