Fraud by Martondeal

Hi sir,
I received a call from 01204157306 named Martondeal company to given me 60% off as a lucky customer on dated 06-06-2017.They offer me 50 to 60% off of any product as showing on his website www.martondeat.com.As per talked with Mr,Rana,we select the AC 1.5 ton daiken make with discount price of RS.22700.He said,please pay 50% amount as advance and rest of the amount within one months also he commited 24 to 48 hours for product delivery.Payment made by online transaction of Rs.11350 and they send me confirmation male also.
After one hours they again call me from his number 8851601037 and said that please paid rest of amount also as the one month offer closed now as we make late payment after 4 PM.I refuse to make the payment on same day and told to Mr Rana to wait one day.
On next day 07-07-18,Mr Sameer malhotra(9910831626) called me behalf of Martondeal for balance payment,its a long phone talk with him,we made rest of payment.
After that they not send the product nor reply my call continuesly.They also mail me for cancel the order from there side due to stock not available.Now They not refund the amount and als not one pick the call now after continuesly calling.Please take a strict action against there types of company and fraud people.Company name and details given as under.
