Hi, I have booked a car via Carnation and given a cheque of Rs 10K . The Carnation folks acted as 3rd party and asked me the give the chq to the agent, i have done that and later cancelled the due to some urgent requirements.
I have asked them to give me a credit note so that i can purchase the car from them in the future and amount can be adjusted, however they have refused to do so.
I have asked them to arrange a small car for me and adjust the amount in the same and they refused to do so..
I want to know who can help me in this.
