mAKESHOPING called on 22nd december and took an order for MOBILE COMBO with assured gift of samsung tab A free . The selected mobile was LENOVO K3 .
After umpteen number of follow ups and so many confusing answers the product was delivered . The mobile i received was some local delhi brand called CHEERS . My order was of LENOVO K3 . Besides the assured gift os SAMSUNG GALAXY TAB A never came .
The call centre asked me to submit photograph and asked me to return the product on my expense and said courier charges will be reimbursed . The product was returned by me on same very day i.e 8th jan via BLUE DART . I have submitted receipt and photographs etc and BLUE DART have infirmed that product is returned at their DEPOT in NOIDA .
When i called yesterday ………MR VISHAL SAXENA replied and said that such issues are with many customers and it is sales team connivance where they wrongly assured gifts etc and promised wrong things . He says everything will be taken care in one or two days .
NOW they have to return me my original Rs 8999 + 690 courier cahrges = Rs 9689 .
Let us now see when the money comes …………
