Magus Customer Dialog Pvt.ltd-chennai — PF Amount not received in Account

Dear Sir,

This is to bring to your notice that I Abhikant Gautam joined the services of the Homeshop18 (MAGUS CUSTOMER DIALOG PVT.LTD) on 2-April-2010.
and I was relieved from the services of Homeshop18 (MAGUS CUSTOMER DIALOG PVT.LTD) with effect on 07-July-2015 .
I worked with Homeshop18 (MAGUS CUSTOMER DIALOG PVT.LTD) for 5 Years 3 months.
After resigning from that company, I applied for my PF withdrawal on 1st October 2015 and submitted for further action to our Mohan Co-Operative Ind.Estate, New Delhi-110044 to Mr.Rawat (Mobile No-9540938585),
Its been almost 5 months I have not received my PF money in my account.
I have been complaining continuously for the same to the with your company’s( Chennai) HR authority(91-44-66589110) and PF team ( Ranjeeta & Regina-044-66589121) from last
3 months, but no help from their end as yet.I asked for status of withdrawal but they are not given any response.
I communicate several times but they are only saying will do the payment in 2/ 3 days.
So I would request you to help in the settlement of the PF dues lying to my credit as on date as per the Trust rules.
