Magicart.in – for money refund

Sir,I placed a order of Whirlpool MW 25 L Grill Microwave Oven on 15.9.2015 at 6.35 pm on an e shopping point Magicart.in(order no.122448).I paid him 7990 Rs.through my sbi debit card(EBS.Payment ID.42326786)at that time.They told that a gift for me as 95,000 Rs. and pay us 15,500 Rs. as incom tax.Then i refused their offer and said that they send me only my product who i purchased from their e shopping point without their gift.Then they cancelled my order that time and said that a confirmation mail of my refund will send to my email id in next 24 hours and your refund will be deposit in your bank account in next 10 working days.After 10 days when i ask my refund they said that your refund will be sent after 30 days and after 30 days they said that your refund will be sent after 45 days but they didn”t as it.I repeated them again and again from last 58 days to their customer no.0120-4732480 for my refund but they and their company ignored me.Today will be 58 days but they didn”t send me any email or refund.my sbi transaction no.201513665110 and my mobile no. is 9162583915.I have their phone call record and payment confirmation mail also.Please help me sir.I want my money back.Their address and phone no.is-+91-0120-4732480,+919266664617,+911206455501,+911204599630.address is-Magicart.in,B-13,Sec-10,Noida UP.Email [email protected],[email protected].
