A 14.2 kg Gas cylinder was delivered to me on 29.3.2015 by the above dealer of the company vide cash memo no.3000153048 dated 22.3.2015. It is 8th cylinder out of 12 cylinder quota per consumer.
It is printed, by the computer, on the bill that a cash subsidy of Rs.204.64 wil be credited to your account.
I am to bring to your kind notice that the subsidy of Rs.204.64 has not credited to my account till today. Please look into the matter and arrange to send subsidy.
