letsbuymobile – no response from company regarding my order no LBM07049455

Hi, I have placed an order on 2nd Apr, and as per the LBM norms you required 10days to approve the application and revert , however i was not received even single mail or sms on my order status, after which i had to call the CC team , where i was found no response i was happen for almost 6days, lastly contacted the same number by selecting the IVR option 1, where in i got connected within 30sec, But even there i was told to select IVR 2option for the status update, then i had dropped an email and got an auto reply mail saying will revert you within 6working hrs, and its been 48hrs no mail was sent……. i called to you guys on #1 IVR they asked to select #2 IVR and wait for 20mins to get connected for which i was really not ready n they said they’ll arrange a callback but received none, hence again contacted where accidentlly i got connected , and it was almost 20days now where as per LBM norms the product will reach to customer’s place.
but what i got to hear is that Sir, your application got rejected and the reason your CIBIL score is very low to approve the application……But supprisingly i was not applied for any Loans, nor any Credit cards and was not using before too, Infact m the fresh customer n non-defaulter, when i asked why was not intimation was not sent, they mentioned sorry sir will send u by today,,,,,is it a fake compny????? u peopl supposed 2 deliver the product within 21dys and its been 20days now n now u guys are mentioned my application got rejected, i was working in a banking sectors for almost 4yrs and i know how xactly the CIBIL works , and your executive mentioned me no sir its not the fake company we will approve almost 60% applications i dont knw whether its true or not, means almost 40% of the application they cancel for no reason so if you look the profit they almost earn crore rupees in a week time by fooling the customer’s , i dont knw whether they have approved even a single application from the time they to exist, if you guys don’t refund my money, i surely lodge a complaint in consumer forum and i will suuuuu u guys for sure, take me very seriously , i think your income more than a Bill gates earnings, u fake guys , refund or regret………..
