It is to inform that I have received a courier sent by Laplume Group Kerala through DTDC on 17.04.2015, payment for which was debited to my credit card account. The most important thing is that I have never booked anything from above mentioned company in my life. It is very surprising to note that without placing any orders, I have received this consignment suddenly, which was received by my children while I was away for duty. I have already lodged a complaint in this regard with SBI Cards vide reference No. 1-1148757308 resolution for which is yet to be provided by SBI Cards. It is therefore requested that the issue may be verified at your end and the amount may be reverted back to my account. I am ready to return the delivered goods in unused condition on any date. I will be grateful to you if my complaint is resorted to and an ample solution is provided early. Else I will be compelled to go to consumer forum for solution.
