lakme mulund west franchise – poor management and insensitive staff

I went to lakme salon in mulund west which is a franchise, opposite to vasant Oscar, the management is very poor. Despite of taking an appointment they made me sit for about an hour and then shamelessly were asking me to let the new trainee let do my service which was not fine with me. I told them no I wont take the service from anyone else repeatedly but still they were very stubborn and finally aftr wasting 2 hrs and driving till so far they let me go without any service.!!
