Wrong product delivered, still no refund

My order number is 143378. I ordered a saree which I received on 13th October 2018. After getting the wrong product immediately I request for return and send a refund request through the prescribed format of the site on the same day. Immediately I received a confirmation message that your refund request has been received and refund will be initiated within 10 working days. But still no refund. Also they claim my bank account number and IFSC code which I provide already. After then till now no response not only that there are nothing communication like phone number, email id nothing working. It’s fully a fraud company. Please help me to get back my money. I paid RS. 649/- for the product.
