online fraud company delivering junk saree worth 50rs instead of ordered 1500rs kurtis

I ordered kurtis worth 2000rs. This fraud company delivered 4 old torn saree through a courier company. After I paid the courier boy, and opened the package, i was shunned by their fraud as it was 4 old tore saree . immediately i tried to connect on their contact no. Which was out of service, again email is not response, which proves a total fraud..
Please catch these bastards and punish them well for looting the money.
