Mr. Jaswant Singh, Proprietor of Krishti Artize and Technik India, is posting some wrong comments about our company in the website on the advice of our Ex-GM, Mr. Suresh Khannan to tarnish the image of our company. Hence we would like to elaborate our stand on the following subject in detail as follows:
Jeevan Traders is one of the fastest developing poultry feed raw material suppliers in Namakkal and Mr. Suresh Khannan was General Manager( Ex-GM) of our company for the past one year. He was recently fired from our company due to his anti-company activities such as indulging in to get commission from the suppliers by placing order for us at a price higher than market price, extra-marital relationship, not punctual to office, telling tale about our company, and above all he engaged in theft, etc. Since fired from our company, he has been engaged in indulging in false propaganda against our company only spoil our reputation in the industry. We are striving hard to set the loss created by him by means of stealing money and illegal transfer of material to some other parties without the knowledge of our company for financial benefit from others and this can be evident from the fact that he has floated a new company called “Thirumala Agro, Namakkal” with the stolen money as his investment for the same. Please find the attached business card to authenticate our claim. Unable to tolerate his firing from our company, where he was enjoying plenty of privileges without working, owing to the above reasons, he started to provide wrong comments about our company to our suppliers and thereby he has failed to follow the basic business ethics and principles.
We hereby inform to all our suppliers that “men may come and men may go on forever”. Employees may come and go and our company will always exist unmindful of this wrong comment given by them. All our suppliers supply material to our company, not to any manager or so forth. Hence, our company is liable for the payment and all are requested not to trust this kind of fake information provided by some suppliers like this with a malicious intention of only tarnishing our image in the market.
Since last time we have made some partial payment to Krishti Artize and Technik India and he is insisting that full payment is required if he wants to remove this posting from the website. It is an unethical way of demanding payment by posting in website like this and we know how to tackle this type of threat and Mr. Jaswant Singh has to pay heavy for this. Only law will decided whether we are right or wrong and Mr. Jaswant has no right to determine this. Unluckily, he has fallen prey to people like Suresh Khannan, our Ex-GM without knowing his malicious intention.
Do not take risk by purchasing material from this bogus supplier and he does lot of mixing in the product to inflate protein level and thereby wants to earn more profit. We suffered heavy loss by procuring material from this company.
We can provide any number of references on demand to prove that we are making prompt payment to our suppliers. Mr. Jaswant Singh of Krishti Artize and Technik India supplied guar korma to us condition that his material would have 50 to 55% protein, but on lab test it was found that protein had been inflated adding some chemical substances. Hence, it is injurious to chickens and had caused mortality because of this. Even though he had supplied inferior quality product which has created financial loss to us, we have made payment to him.

We supplied guar korma supplied by Krishti Artize and Technik India to one of our regular customers and they are not at all satisfied with our product due to the following reasons:
1. Chemical substances used to inflate high protein.
2. High Fibre – 40%
3. Moisture is high (16%)
4. Material get wet in rain.
5. High Toxin ( High mortality in Chickens due to this)
One simple thing I have to inform our suppliers/Manufacturers that if we are operating in such manner as posted by Mr. Jaswant Singh, how can we survive in this industry for the past 10 years? Don’t trust rumours and blunders posted by person like him. If you really want your money, either contact us or you come in person or else you can seek legal recourse. If you do like this kind of skirmish, it is not right thing and we are ready to face it. Advise all our customers, manufacturers and suppliers, please go through our reply properly and judge what is the mistake in our side?. We always respect our customers and they are our real boss. Please bear with us if any delay in payment from our side.

As you have read the comment posted by Mr. C Krishnamoorthy (MD) Jeevan Traders/Jeevan Agro Industries/Koki Chicken, Namakkal, he has given the reasons of stopping payment of above company but what about the following companies with whom they have done the same behaviour. Many companies are still waiting for the payment against their supplies and some have filed the case against them. So beware of this company and do you study yourself by calling following companies which are affected by them and then decide yourself who is fraud and accordingly deal with this company: Jeevan traders/Jeevan Agro Industries/Koki Chicken, Nammakkal Tamil Nadu, they have done same kind of deal with following companies and procured Guar Korma, Rice(DDGS) etc so please call these companies and find their reputation and later supply the material on credit or advance as per your wish. As Mr. Krishnamurthy is complaining that material supplied by us was inferior but what about the material supplied by above list of 12 companies with whom Jeevan Traders, Nammakkal has done same kind of fraud. So readers please call above companies and judge yourself who is fraud or suffered loss. If our material was inferior why did they pay the amount in period of 8 months they could have paid in once and deducted for inferior material and still our 50% amount is yet pending. We are having the mail proof of these people accepting our material and their commitment of payment. It is about to complete a year but these people are yet not intended to pay our dues even after so much of request. We have suffered loss due to these people and now dont want anybody else to get trapped with these people. We would like to thank Mr. Kumar for posting the name of companies which are affected by Jeevan Traders, Nammakkal, so would request all the companies which are intended to deal with Jeevan Traders/Jeevan Agro Industries/Koki Chicken, Nammakkal to be aware of them and find out with all the above companies and later deal with them accordingly.
We suffered loss but how would you know who is right or wrong but talk to all above companies and find your self who is culprit. So be aware of dealing with Jeevan Traders/Jeevan Agro Industries/Koki Chicken, Nammakkal. Do enquire about them and than deal accordingly.
