Yes we have booked flat in R6 avenue and taken possesion of flat, the construction quality of SRA scheme is better than this. After approaching its director only few problems has been sorted out not resolved completely.
The tiles Shade variatiom, broken tiles, leakages in flat are common points.
Thye proove that they will supply water 24 hours in your flat but instead from tap they are providing it from ceilling and any where from flat.
