There was some strange noise coming from the bottom part of the vehicle. I went to KLG Hyundai repair center which is at Tribune Chowk….they took the vehicle for test drive to see the issue…came back…told me they are going to see if it’s suspension or gear box or steering rack and pinion…after a good amount of checking of around an hour to two they told me it’s steering assembly that needs to be replaced which will cost around 10000 plus labour….told me it will take a week for it to come….after about a week before going to KLG I thought to get vehicle checked from another Hyundai service centre just to check if they say the same thing I will get it replaced…and trust me I gave a pat to myself on the back that I took a decision to get my vehicle inspected from another Hyundai showroom that’s in Panchkula… There was no issue with steering assembly…there was a rod in suspension that torn away and replacing cost came to be 1200 plus labour only which is far less than 10000 as estimated by KLG Hyundai.
This is How KLG Hyundai at Tribune Chowk Chandigarh fools it’s own customer to get the money…..
RIDICULOUS, BUNCH OF FOOL TECHNICIANS AND SERVICE MANAGERS….
Never expected…the oldest service center n poor service center.
