I had booked a flat in KG Oxford Symphony in the year 2009 by Chennai based promoters called KG Builders. The committed hand over was in Dec 2010. They have still not handed over the flat even till this date. They had violations and recently been issued OC under regularization scheme of Kerala government.
The builder is reluctant to give me a copy of OC and Tax receipt which they recently received and that will help me apply for a loan take over as my current interest rate is 12%. Each time I contact them, they keep extending it by 2 weeks. they have no intention to help clients reduce their burdens and sending a scan copy of these one page document is 2 minutes job. They were paying me monthly rent based on a discussion two years back which they stopped paying since June 2015 and there was no written or telephonic intimation. If I call for rent follow up they never respond to calls. They do not respond to messages or calls siting the excuse some lame excuses.
I realized that this builder is very arrogant and has no empathy for clients. They expect buyers to listen to all their problems but no concern for the clients.
