karim dr – payment not received

I sold a refrigerator on 22.09.2015 with my id no235145898 the same was taken from us and delivered the same to concerned person they also acknowledged that received item I up loaded my bank details on 22.09.2015 and quikr mail received on 23.09.2015 that payment initiated but still date amount not received from quikr please check and release the payment immediately
