karboon titanium octane plus – foude from snapdeal

I order a Karboon titanium octane plus from sanpdeal on 10-1-16

i recived same on 14-1-16. but the product was damaged or in used condition.
i complaint for this on same day. enginier was came to me on 18 of jan from wheel india scm Solution. he gave me a job sheet for same. i call to sanp deal 19th of jan for feedback.they again raised a complaint for same and told me wait for 48 hrs.
but they don,t do any call to me but i call 23,25,28,29 of jan for same but till there is no assurance for my complaint being alive
i think in sanpdeal there is 0% of custumer value
they only need earn profit from customer nothing else
