Will give -5 star if possible but it’s not. Very poor service from kalpana travels. For every booking need to wait for more than an hour. Not able to manage customers. Departure time was 11:59 at night and waiting time more than 1hr . Even when u ask the office staff u got reply as “bas 10min aur”. Now choice is ur’s.
