Dear Sir,
Please be informed we have received the one filled gas cylinder on 26/11/13 through payment receipts number 16721. But still we have not received the subsidy against this transaction.
I have already called on helpline number regarding the same but his is saying, that order has been cancelled on 28/11/13 in his system. Order number is 2000078910. but i have received the cylinder.
You are requested to please check and do the needful as soon as possible.
