3. AN AMOUNT OF RS 15974/- HAS BEEN DEBITED FROM MY ICICI A/C NO 020901002814 AND I WAS ASSURED THAT THE PENDANT WOULD BE DELIVERED TO ME BY 08 DEC 15 AT MY WIFE ADDRESS :- FAFA 111-A, NEW GURUDWARA ROAD, NEAR PUNE PARSI GYMKHANA, CAMP,411001 PUNE, MAHARASHTRA, INDIA
