Sir,
I have tried to take ticket from Jet Airways by online on 19-07-2015 for my family (3 Adults +1 Child). Our Travelling date is on 12-01-2016. but before completing the transaction, website became error and could not complete the transaction. The amount Dirhams 2086.92 was deducted from my credit card and no ticket was issued from jet airways.
And from the next day i was contacting by email and phone to the customer service to get my ticket or return back money. But there was no good response from the jet airways.
Sir, Please do the necessary action get back my money at your earliest.
