JBG ONLINE is a fraud bus company. I booked two tickets on 1st October morning for Delhi to nainital in an ac deluxe bus. I confirmed about the bus several times over phone with JBG ONLINE and when I arrived on 1st I found an ordinary bus in a horrible condition and the driver said this was the bus..when I asked about the bus I booked he said it’s our wish if we want to go..And the bus was only till haldwani. He also added that JBG is a fraud company and all online bookings are adjusted in the local available buses.. I just want a stern action against this company.
