Pristine Properties, Maple Shelters, Jalan group project Neo City Wagholi Pune Phase 3 A and B building 90% amount is already taken 2 years back from flat owners and work is stopped from last 2 years. Here is no progress of work at all. Flat owners are in loss by paying home loans. pristinepune.com, mapleshelters.com, jalangroup.info has to start work of phase 3 and show some progress else they will loose faith from owners. Also be aware on there other projects which are under constructions.
