I, Alok Kumar Kulshrestha, booked a flat on 06-Sep-2011, Unit No. 1010, 10th floor in JR Village, Raj Nagar Extension., Meerut Road Ghaziabad and down payment of Rs. 1,46,000/- (Rs. One lac forty six thousand only) through Ch. No. 091216 dated 06.09.2011 drawn on HSBC Ltd. But till now, there is no progress to provide the flat to me. So, I request you to please refund my money immediately with interest to avoid further financial loss to me.
