Jabong.com – Not providing Refund

Claiming got a very old used product which I returned I new product
I ordered a shoe of size 11 tan formal shoes.. Which I received and tried wearing, but size was not comfort for me. So tried to return the product through return policy. But Jabong couldn’t not arrange a pick up.. Tried varies locations.. So I self sent the product on Feb 15.. They received the product on Feb 23.. Received a call from Jabong stating the product received from my end is a 4 yrs used black shoes.. So the quality test failed and we are resending the black shoes back..

I SENT via PROFESSIONAL COURIERS.. THEY ARE OPEN AND GIVING ALL THE STATEMENTS THAT THE PROUDCT IS NOY OPENED AT ANY PLACE AND IT IS RECEIVED BY JABONG..

NOW I DONT KNOW WHAT HAPPENED TO THE NEW SHOES WHICH I SENT ALL ALONG FROM PONDICHERRY TO NEW DELHI?

I WANT CLEAR EXPLANATION FROM JABING FOR MY RS 2000.
