Booked a handbag of MK which took 2 and a half month to deliver and when delivered it was found that the contents were different from the one ordered and above all damaged from many places. I requested for refund which they refused ano even deleted the chat option from whichever mode I am using. None of the given phone works no senior talks….helpless…..willing to take up the matter with consumer forum
